1 - bouqet garni
(4) thyme sprigs or dried thyme 1 tsp
(4) parsley stems or dried parsley 1 tsp
(2) bay leaves
(2) cloves of garlic - skinned
(1/2) tsp black peppercorns

1 cup chopped sweet onion
2 cup shredded Chicken Master
1/2 cup coarsley chopped walnuts, toasted
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1/2 cup light mayo or Miracle whip
1 Tbsp snipped fresh cilantro
1 Tbsp lime juice
salt and pepper to taste

10 slices of toasted wheat bread
10 slices of tomato
3/4 cup of baby spinach leaves

If desired, season to taste with salt and pepper.(Note: to toast walnuts, heat oven to 350 degrees. Place walnuts on cookie sheet spread out flat. Heat for 10 minutes or just until it starts to smell toasted. They burn quickly so you have to watch them.)3. Place about 1/2 cup of chicken salad on each of 5 slices of wheat toast.
