Here is how you make Cranberry Tuna Salad:

This is my absolute favorite tuna salad! I've cut out using pickle relish and opted for dried cranberries- yum! - Drain each can of tuna. I prefer to use one can chunk light ( for the pocket book ) and one can Albacore ( for the flavor ). -Finely chop one medium onion- I prefer red.-Chop celery-Run your knife through the cranberries-Combine above ingredients and add mayonnaise, salt and pepper. -Mix well and let chill for an hour- or not! It's super yummy on lightly toasted whole wheat bread with a slice of low-fat cheese. I make a large amount at the beginning of each week to take for lunch and rescue me on those nights I don't feel like cooking.
