0.25 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend

How Do I Make Low Carb Salmon Patty?

Here is how you make Low Carb Salmon Patty:

Drain liquid from can, remove skin and bones, crumble salmon in mixing bowl, beat one egg and add to salmon and mix together, add all other ingredients and mix well. (season to taste with whatever seasoning you have or prefer. This is just what I used.) Form into 4 patties. Heat oil of choice (I used lard) in skillet until well heated. Add patties.
