Here is how you make Bahn Mi Sandwich:

In a small bowl, whisk together sugar, salt and vinegar, until salt and sugar dissolve. Add carrots and jalapeno, making sure they are submerged in the vinegar. Cover and let sit for 30 minutes.Mix together mayonnaise, Sriracha, ginger, garlic, and lime juice in a small bowl.Heat the carnitas according to package directions. Shred with two forks. Stir in the sweet chili sauce.Cut the baguette into 4 pieces, then partially split each piece horizontally, but not all the way through.Spread 1 tbsp mayo mixture on each piece of bread. Layer cucumber and radishes on the mayo. Evenly distribute the pork among the 4 sandwiches, then top with the pickled carrots and jalapeno. Top with the cilantro.
