The ingredients for Sausage Olive Loaf are:

1 lb Jimmy Dean regular sausage
1lb of JD sage sausage
1 lb JD HOT sausage
1 lb kielbasa
2 C shredded cheddar cheese
2 C shredded mozzarella cheese
1 C Parmesan cheese
1 can black olives chopped
1 small jar stuffed green olives chopped up
3 loaves frozen bread dough thawed

For recipe make-over:
You can replace the sausage with turkey sausage
You can use lighter cheeses
You could use gluten free breads
I have not done those in this recipe nor are they figured in this. It is my original recipe.


How Do I Make Sausage Olive Loaf?

Here is how you make Sausage Olive Loaf:

cook sausage and drain, mix in large bowl with chopped up turkey kielbasa, cheeses, chopped olives. Roll out bread dough into 17X9 rectangles and divide the mix into 3 equal portions, placing into middle of each bread. Pull bread up over mix and seal, pinching edge of bread. Place bread on cookie sheets and bake in 325 oven for 30-35 minutes until done. Brush with melted butter or milk if desired. I use low fat milk. Cut each into 9 portions. Should make 27 servings.
