Slice in half lengthwise. With a dinner spoon, scrape the meat and the seeds of each slice. When done, cut each slice about 1/4 inch thick.Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok on medium heat (adjust heat accordingly at any time based on your judgment). Add onion and cook until glossy.
