The ingredients for Shrimp Roll are:

3 oz shrimp
1 French roll
1 TBSP of light mayo
1 tbsp cilantro
1/2 Tablespoon of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spread (light)
Diced tomato
1 TBSP Green onions (scallions)
1 Oz Swiss cheese
Garlic powder and pepper to taste.


How Do I Make Shrimp Roll?

Here is how you make Shrimp Roll:

Heat butter spread over medium heat in frying pan. (You could just use non stick cooking spray as well, but I like the buttery taste). Turn on your oven's broiler.Mince the cilantro and cook with shrimp until shrimp is nice and pink. Add either minced garlic or garlic powder to taste, and add black pepper when shrimp is cooked.Meanwhile, cut your french roll in half and scoop out the insides. Crumble the insides as small as you like. In a bowl, mix the roll insides with 1 TBSP of light mayo, diced tomato, and green onion. When shrimp is done mix the shrimp with the bread mixture and fill both sides of the roll. Top with 1 oz grated Swiss cheese and broil until cheese is bubbly.This would be fine without the cheese, I just happen to love cheese.
