2 cups chicken or veggie broth unsalted
4 oz of 2% milk if you like it a bit thinner

Here is how you make Creaamy Pea and Broccoli soup:

Heat butter and oil in a pot add the onion and garlicfry until onion is soft add the flour and cook for some 5 minutes, add a little broth if needed then you add the broccoli and continue cooking and stirring for another 5 minutes ,add the peas and spices together with the broth, let cook for about 8 to 10 minutes. When this has cooled a bit ,add to blender and pureeadd 1/2 cup of milk ,return to stove and simmer for a few minutes and add the tamari.Serving Size:?makes 3 servings @ 1cup each
