Here is how you make Deb's Cabbage Soup:

I chopped the carrots, onion, bell pepper in a food chopper. I put about 2 tbsp oil in a large pot. I added carrots, onion, bell pepper, garlic and seasoning. Cook about 10 minutes. I heated up 2 cups of water in a glass measuring cup in the microwave about 2 minutes. I added the bullion to the water and mixed. I added this to the mixture I just cooked and stirred it real good. I chopped the cabbage and added it. I brought it to a boil and lowered it to a simmer. Cover pot while cooking. I know it doesn't sound like much water but cabbage makes it's own water. Serving Size:?6 1-cup servings
