Here is how you make Baked Potato Soup:

Peel and cube potatoes. Microwave until tender. While potatoes are cooking, melt butter in large sauce pan. Add flour and combine (make a rue). Add chicken stock, salt, pepper, garlic powder, half and half and corn. Bring to a boil until thicken. Stir in bacon and cheese until cheese is melted. Add potatoes.
