Here is how you make Egusi soup:

Cut onions into preferred sizeCook the buffalo meat on the side, season with onions, pepper and knorr seasoning. Season to tasteHeat the palm oil for 1 minute then add onions. Allow to sizzle for 2 minutes then add ground pumpkin seed. Fry the mixture for about 5 minutes ensuring the mixture doesn't get burned. Then pour in the buffalo meat mixture. Add additional water as needed. Add rest of seasoning, pepper, and crayfish. Cook for about 10 minutes. Add spinach and greens and turn heat to low.
