Heat oil in 6 quart pot over meduim heat, add beef saute unitl browned, drain off any fat. Add diced onion and coleslaw mix, cook uncovered 4 minutes stirring after 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, broth, water, brown sugar and lemon juice.Bring to boiling. Add rice, reduce heaat to medium-low simmer, covered 45 minutes or until beef and rice are tender. Salt & pepper to taste.
