Here is how you make Tortilla Soup:

Boil Chicken. When chicken is cool enough to handle, remove from bone, discarding skin. Save dark meat for another dish. Shred breast with a fork into tiny pieces.Strain broth, removing fat. (If making ahead, refrigerate overnight, then spoon off fat.) Add zucinni, carrot, tomatoes, oion and spices. Simmer until vegetables are tender. Add shredded chicken breast.Serve 2 cups in bowls.
