*Combine fist 3 ingredients in a large Dutch Oven.*Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 8-10 min or until tender. Remove from heat; let cool 10 minutes.* Pour half of squash mixture into container of an electric blender; process until mixture is smooth, stoping once to scrape down sides. Transfer to a separate container.
