Shape into 24 meatballs (about 1tbsp each). In large skillet brown meatballs in hot oil. Drain off excess fat. Drain pineapple, rfeserving syrup. Add enough water to reserved syrup to make 3/4 cup liquid.Combine syrup mixture, barbecue sauce, orange juice concentrate, 1/4 tsp salt and pepper. pour over meatballs in skillet. bring to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simer for 15 minutes. Combine cold water and cornstarch. Stir into skillet. Cook and stir til thickened and bubbly.\Add pineapple and green pepper. Cover and simmer for 3 minutes or till green pepper strips are crisp tender.
