How Do I Make Bear Valley Tortillas?

Here is how you make Bear Valley Tortillas:

Mix rice, salsa, and drained black beans. Place into two or three foil packets and place on coals for approximately 20 to 30 minutes, until rice is done. Alternately, place into foil packets in 400 degree oven for same amount of time. Cook chicken over coals or in oven until done. Add rice mixture and chicken to tortillas, add cheese as desired.
