Mix together the first four ingredients with a fork. Add onion powder and dried dill to taste. Divide the mixture in half and spread each portion over a slice of wheat bread. Top with 1 slice of cheese and the other piece of bread. Place the sandwich on a nonstick cooking pan and cook over a medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side (until the bread turns brown).
