Put half the mixture on one slice of rye bread, and the rest on the other half of rye bread. Place on a baking sheet, and turn on the broiler of your oven. Top each slice with a light sprinkle of low-fat cheddar cheese and place under a hot broiler. STAY CLOSE! The time depends fully on your oven.
