Here is how you make Tuna Patties:

Separate tuna with a fork and set aside. Blend quick oats and set aside. Blend egg whites until fluffy. Stir blended quick oats and pepper into egg white mixture. Add tuna, onion, celery, garlic and lemon juice, mix well. Heat frying pan to medium-high using cooking spray. Press mixture together to form four patties.
