Here is how you make Dried Beans With Salsa and Smoked Turkey, 1.5 cups:

Soak pinto beans overnight in enough water to cover plus 2". Drain soaking water and place beans in a large stock pot.Add all other ingredients making sure beans are covered by at least 2" of liquids and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and allow beans to simmer for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.Remove lid and continue to allow the beans to simmer, stirring occasionally until most of the liquid has been absorbed. Allow to cool.When cool, remove turkey leg and pull meat off the bone, returning the shredded meat to beans and discarding skin and bones. Stir meat through out the beans. Serve warm.
