Here is how you make Ground Turkey with Cauliflower Pearls and Broccoli:

Brown the turkey, adding the Coconut Oil at the beginning and working it through the turkey as it browns. The ginger root and garlic should be minced, stir that in and add all of the seasonings. Note that I use fresh and powder ginger as they have different healthful qualities. While the turkey browns, I par-cook the cauliflower in it's bag. I buy a product called Taylor Farms Cauliflower Pearls and you simply poke the bag with a fork. It's a great fresh product; but you can also break down a head of cauliflower. The broccoli should be chopped fairly small for even cooking, but it cooks quickly, so no need to par cook. When the turkey is browned, stir in the par-cooked cauliflower and fresh broccoli and keep stirring to distribute the seasoning.
