This juicy burger is a combination of Chef Meg's turkey burger cooking method, Webers Real Grilling, and some additions by me. I didn't think it would stay together on a barbeque grill but it works just fine in the skillet.

? Cup Panco breadcrumbs
? Cup Red onions (Chopped)
2 TBS Basel (Finely Chopped)
2 TBS Lime juice (Fresh)
1 TBS Soy sauce (Light)
2 TS Garlic (Minced)
? TS Chile powder
? TS Kosher Salt
? TS Black pepper (Ground)
? Cup Ranch dressing (Light)


How Do I Make Juicy Turkey Burger?

Here is how you make Juicy Turkey Burger:

Mix all ingredients until smooth. Divide the mixture into 6 balls. Flatten into patties and cover the outside with additional Panco breadcrumbs. Refrigerate until ready to cook. Spray Pam on a non-stick skillet and heat to medium low. Cook the burgers on medium heat for 8-9 minutes on each side. (It took that long to get to 168 degrees in Colorado). Makes 6 - 4 ounce burgers.Serve on toasted Oroweat Multi-Grain Sandwich Thins with any healthy condiments you would put on a burger.Number of Servings: 1Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user JAMESZ.
