Here is how you make Ole' Turkey - Wet Burritos:

Prepare seasoning packet as directed. Saute onions in the prepared seasoning until translucent, add the turkey, beans and onions until warmed. Preheat the tortillas. Place 1/3 C of mixture on each tortilla, top with a sprinkle of cheddar. Roll up and place in a baking dish. Cover with the enchilada sauce and sprinkle with any remaining cheese.
