4 whole wheat pita breads

In a medium mixing bowl combine the first 7 ingredients, then refrigerate.In a medium mixing bowl, combine turkey and spices. Form into 4 equal patties. Grill or broil until cooked to medium, about 15 minutes. Cool and slice patties. Cut pitas in half, open and fill with turkey patty slices, cucumber sauce, tomatoes and onion to your taste.I served with diced fresh pears and diced strawberries with lowfat peach yogurt on the side for dipping.
