Over medium high heat add in onion, garlic, yellow pepper and chili peppers. Saute for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently until onions and peppers soften. Keep an eye on this to prevent burning.Break apart ground turkey breast and add to pot. Cook until turkey begins to brown throughout. Add in paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt. Stir to mix. Stir in canned, diced tomato and cook for 1 minute. Add chicken broth, tomato paste and bay leaves, again stirring to incorporate. Stir in drained navy beans.Allow mixture to come to a boil. Reduce heat to med-low and cover. Simmer until nearly all fluids have evaporated, stirring occasionally. Add red wine. Cook another 10-15 minutes. Remove bay leaves.
