Drain all beans. Add oil to hot medium sized cookpot. Crumble turkey into oil, stir as it cooks into loose meat. Add chopped celery and onions and stir until soft. Add spices (not including salt) and stir until completely blended. Cook for 5 minutes. Add tomato sauce and whole tomatoes with liquids, crush with potato masher until tomatoes are broken up. Place lid on pot and simmer for 30 minutes or more. Season with salt to taste.
