Cut the turkey into 1-2 inch cubes. Spice with oregano, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and honey and mix well. Grill until cooked through. (The first time I made this, I didn't add the honey untill the turkey was already cooked. The honey I had was too solid, so I added the heated turkey to melt it.)It was absolutely delicious.
