1 teaspoon fresh basil
2 bay leaves
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground rosemary
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper spice mix
2 envelopes Knox's gelatin powder

Here is how you make Lucy's Gelled Turkey Loaf:

Chop left over turkey. Cover with water, add bay leaf, basil, lemon pepper and rosemary. Bring to slow boil. Simmer together for half an hour or so, then let stand for a couple of hours. Meanwhile, sweat the onions in a non-stick or cast iron frying pan. Toss them in the pot. Reheat, add bouillion and stir til dissolved and well distributed. Scoop out about half a cup of broth, sprinkle 2 envelopes of gelatin over and let stand 3 minutes. Stir gelatin into broth, add back into pot. Bring back to false boil, stirring constantly then remove from heat. Stir in chopped cilantro. Line a 9 x 5 loaf pan with plastic wrap. Remove bay leaf. Scoop turkey mixture into the loaf pan and put in fridge until well set (a few hours). Slice thin slices for use on sandwiches or crackers.
