Here is how you make Turkey Oatmeal Muffins:

Prep the onions, garlic, celery and mushrooms into small, diced pieces. Put into a large mixing bowl. Take off jewelry as you'll mix this with hands. BAKE at 350 for 30 minutes. when removed from oven, you can put a spoonful of salsa or bbq sauce into the center and press down a bit. OR eat them "plain" with any variety of sauces at tableside. eat hot or cold. an easy-to-grab snack OR meal. Try crumbling one over a tossed salad!
