Sautéed garlic, carrots, and onion until fragrant in 1 teaspoon of olive oil. Save extra oil. Add to raw turkey, parsley, egg, salt and pepper. Mix. Make into 12 balls. Sautéed balls in 2 tsp of remaining olive oil. You want some color in the balls, but don't want to overcook them. I then placed my browned balls in a baking dish with 2 cups of marinara sauce and baked them at 375 for 30 minutes or until done. Enjoy 3 balls per serving.
