2 Tbsp canola oil
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp sesame seeds

Here is how you make Turkey Stir Fry w/Peanut Sauce:

Stir Fry frozen Broccoli Stir Fry veggies in canola oil over high heat in large skillet or wok. Add chopped turkey meat, garlic, ginger root and sesame seeds. Heat through until frozen veggies are done. Dissolve peanut butter in water to make 1/2 cup thin sauce. Pour peanut butter/water mix over veggies and turkey.
