3 garlic cloves
1/4 cup soy sauce
4 tsp of Siracha
5 tsp of grated ginger root

Here is how you make Ground Turkey Stir-Fry:

cook ground turkey in 1 TBSP of olive oil until pink part is gone and then set aside. Add remaining oil and sautee onion until clear, then add ginger and garlic. Sautee cabbage, broccoli, mushrooms and green beans for about 10 minutes. Add soy sauce and siracha. Cook down a bit (about 4 minutes). Serve over brown rice.
