Makes 2 servings.Prepare the vegetables on a plate and mix together. Heat a frying pan on a high setting, adding the canola oil.Beat the egg beaters and milk together in a jug or bowl. When the frying pan is hot enough, add the egg mix. As it cooks, roll the mixture around the sides to make sure it reaches the pan. After about a minute, add the veggies and turkey breast and stir.
