Also, make it vegetarian by substituting more Garbanzos for the turkey slices)Lay wrap on a flat surface. Spread about 2tbsp Red pepper hummus in the middle where the food will be added. Put 2 romaine (or other lettuce) leaves on top. Slice 1/2 an avocado and place the slices on top of lettuce. Generously grind fresh pepper straight onto the avocado.
