Here is how you make Chilli Turkey Lettuce Wraps:

in a bowl, mix ground turkey, olive oil and seasonings ( I chose seasoned salt and pepper). chop up onion, 4 (or however many you prefer) cherry tomatoes, half a green pepper and half of a red pepper to desired size and set aside. brown turkey in a skillet until no longer pink. add in packet of chilli mix and small can of tomato paste. fill the empty packet of chili mix with water and pour in skillet. mix. add in vegetables and stir. bring to a boil for about 1 minute then allow to cool.scoop a generous amount on lettuce or cabbage leaf and wrap. (I'm still perfecting my 'wrap' so mine is more of a fold). add a dollop of sour cream if you so wish. Serving Size:?serves 2
