In a separte bowl place the almost boiling water ketchup and Braggs liquid aminos stir. Then pour this liquid over the TVP mixture. Stir well. Let set for 5 minutes. Add Peanut butter and mix well.Now stir in the whole wheat flour and the yeast flakes. Shape into 4 patties-4 inches in diameter. Place the patties on wax paper as soon as they are formed Fry in a frying pan lightly coated oil, or non stick spray on medium high heat. When pan is hot place the patties in pan. Reduce heat to medium low and slowly brown patties, about 6-8 minutes each side.Variation: Meatballs--preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mist baking sheet with nonstick spray. Form the mixture into 12 walnut size balls and place on sheet. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Turning them over half way through cooking time.
