Chop and Dice 5 cups of raw vegetables and one clove of garlic.2. In a bowl, toss the vegetables in 3 Tbs. of salad dressing and set aside.3. Set the oven to 375F.4. Prepare the couscous according to the directions then set aside to cool.5. Place the vegetables on a baking tray and roast in the oven for approx. 20 minutes or until soft.6.
