Here is how you make Baked Empandas:

Heat oven to 425.Brown ground turkey with onion & garlic. Add spices & cook another minute or two. Remove from heat & add salsa. Unroll crescent rolls. Using 2 rolls, pinch perforation to form one rectangle, put large spoonful of meat mixture in the middle & top with shredded cheese. Brush edges with egg beaters.
