Heat oven to 350*F.In a large skillet over medium heat, add ground turkey, onion and peppers. Stir occasionally.While turkey mixture is cooking, put tortillas in a nonstick tortilla shell bowl baker, or you can use any oven safe bowl. Put in oven and bake for 10 minutes.Add garlic to turkey mixture. Then add remaining ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. Let soak in flavors for 5 minutes.
