This is a very easy recipe that even kids can make (with a little help). It is very versatile and you can add/remove ingredients to suit your taste. It does not call for it in the recipe, but I like to add canned chicken breast to give it more flavor. The recipe also calls for flour tortillas, but is also good with spinach wraps and whole wheat tortillas. I also like to add salsa to the burritos, a great low-cal topping that satisfies!
