8 Flour Tortilla wraps, 8"
1/2 can Campbell's 98% fat free Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 c sour cream
1/4 c finely chopped cilantro
2 chilis in adobo sauce, minced
1 c refried beans
1 16 oz. can black beans
1 lb. venison
Mexican taco seasoning packet
2 16 oz. cans enchilada sauce
1 cup queso cheese
1 cup four cheese Kraft Mexican cheese

Here is how you make Bean and Meat Enchiladas:

Combine the soup, sour cream, cilantro and chilis in a bowl and set aside. Cook the meat with the seasoning packet (heat the beans with the packet if not using meat) and set aside. Fill each enchilada with the sour cream mixture, a spoon of refried beans, a spoon of black beans, a spoon of meat, two spoons of sauce, and a sprinkling of cheese.
