Here is how you make Black Bean and Pork Enchiladas:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix beans, pork; onion; pepper; garlic; spices and .5 cups of the cheese. Place a bit of salsa on bottom of 13" glass pan. Put bean mixture into tortillas and roll and then place in pan. Repeat until all the mixture is gone. Spread the rest of the salsa on the top of the tortillas. Cover with tinfoil and place in oven for 20 minutes. Take tinfoil off and place remainder of cheese on top. Return to the oven, uncovered for 5 minutes.
