1 Large (29 ounce) can of Pumpkin
2 Tsp. Cumin
2 Tsp. Garlic Powder
2 Tsp. Granulated Onion
2 Tsp. Chili Powder

Here is how you make Pumpkin and Black Bean:

In a sauce pan put two packages of Lowery's Enchilada sauce seasoning packet in 6 cups of water and 2 small cans of tomato paste. Put over medium heat and cook until thick.mix pumpkin, black beans, cumin, onion powder, chili powder, and garlic powder together. Divide into 8 portions. Put 1/8th of the filling in each tortilla and about a tablespoon of cheese. Then roll up. put in a 9 X 13 pan. repeat until all 8 are in the pan. Pour enchilada sauce over them.
