1/2 lime's worth of lime juice
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Here is how you make Bean and Vegetable Burrito:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Heat oil over a med-high heat in large skillet. Add onion and cook for 10 min. Add chili powder, garlic, and oregano, sir for 1 min more. Add 1 tbs water and stir; then remove from heat. Stir in sweet potato, beans, corn, pepper, and lime juice.Spoon 2 tbs of cheese into center of each tortilla. Top with 1 cup of filling. Fold the bottom edge of the tortilla up over the filling, fold in on the sides, then roll up to completely enclose the filling.Place the burritos seam side down on a baking sheet.
