2 tsp Black Pepper
2 boxes Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
2 eggs
2/3 c milk

Here is how you make Tamale Corn Bread Bake:

Slice the onion into thin strips - set aside Clean and mince garlic - set asideOpen corn and beans and drain off liquidBrown ground beef and onion in a large skillet. When almost all brown, add minced garlic and cook until beef is done. Sprinkle 1 tbs flour onto ground beef and stir and cook for about 3 minutes. Add corn, beans, tomatoes, Mexican chili, cumin and black pepper and mix well. Cook mixture, stirring occasionally, for another 5 minutes.Add mixture to Pam sprayed 13 x 9 casserole dish. Smooth mixture evenly.Prepare Jiffy mix according to package.
