Preheat oven to 425 degreesIn a large skillet, saute the imitation ground beef and the onion for 5 - 10 minutes.Add the black beans, corn, tomato sauce, 1 cup vegetable stock, green pepper, jalapeno pepper, chili powder, cumin, and black pepper.
