Here is how you make Breakfast Eggs:

Heat EVOO in skillet, then add veggies and saute until onions are clear over low heat. Add full carton of egg whites and turn heat to just below medium. Add spices and stir. Frequently scrap bottom and sides of skillet completely. Cook until egg whites done. Poor onto plate and allow to cool. Separate into 6 servings and place in ziplock baggies. You have breakfast for the week.Cook turkey bacon as desired.Top 1 serving of eggs with cheese if desired.
