1 TBSP Cream Cheese
2 TBSP Pea Guacamole

2 TBSP (or more) Soy Meat Crumbles
1 TBSP Diced Onion

Here is how you make 7-Layer Burrito:

Saute onions, and anything else you'd like to add, with the soy meat crumbles.Put together burrito. Start with the tortilla, then layer on cream cheese, pea guacamole, smashed black beans, yogurt and soy meat crumble mix. Then fold tortilla like a burrito. Spray with non-stick spray and place on a hot skillet seam down. Cook until tortilla becomes crisp, then flip and do the same thing on the other side.
