Preheat oven to 350. Spray 13 x 9 pan with cooking spray.Brown turkey and drain. Feel free to substitue TVP for some of the turkey. Add onions, dash salt and pepper. Stir in beans. Remove from heat. In other dish, mix seasoning packet, tomato sauce and water. Add more or less water as you desire. I like it a bit thinner, so it covers well. Stir about 1/2 into meat and beans. Reserve other half.Briefly warm tortillas until pliable. Fill with meat and bean mix. Roll up and place in pan, fitting tighlty. Top with any remaining meat. Cover with remaining sauce.
