Just enough to cover the bottom5: pour the rest of the sauce into a bowl so that you can coat the tortillas in it once you have them soft.6: take 1 tortilla at a time, place the tortilla flat into the oil, then flip it quickly (with out burning yourself) and then place into the sauce bowl. 7: this is where the second pair of hands comes in.
